Espresso Akvavit

Ingredients

  • 4 cl Akvavit
  • 1.5 cl brown sugar syrup
  • shot of espresso, preferably dark roasted

Steps

  1. Shake the ingredients with ice and sieve into a nice looking glass
  2. Brown sugar syrup: Mix 1 part boiling water and 2 parts brown sugar , cool down
