Caraway for this batch is from Yli-Salmi Farm in Mäntsälä. Lemon balm is from Nurmitarhat in Nurmijärvi and coriander seeds are also from Finland. The hand picked spruce spouts are from Kattilalaakso, Espoo and from Mikkeli. The toasted oak from Laaksolahti, Espoo mellows the taste of this batch.
