Kattila Escargot

Ingredients
- 100g Butter
- 2 Tb Kattila Gin
- 2 Tb Onion juice or chopped onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1/2 tbs honey
- 24 pcs canned snails
- 20g Blue Cheese (Stilton)
- Handfull of parsley leaves
Steps
- Take the butter out of fridge beforehand and let it warm to room temperature
- chop onion (and press it with a cloth)
- Mix onion chop (or juice), chopped garlic, chopped parsley, honey and blue cheese with butter
- place the snails in escargot plates and cover them with butter
- Bake in 225°C oven for 8-10 minutes
